40-59岁女性体力活动水平与端粒体长度的相关性研究

Abstract:
摘要:目的 测量、评价40-59岁女性体力活动(PA)水平,探讨PA水平与人体抗衰老标志——端粒体长度的相关性。方法 筛选71名40~59岁女性,让其佩戴7 d的加速度计,测试、评价PA水平。根据测试结果计算出1周从事中等强度PA(MPA)的时间,将其分为PA活跃组和PA不足组。采用实时荧光定量PCR法测人体外周血白细胞端粒体相对长度(T/S),分析PA水平与T/S值之间的相关性。结果(1)40~59岁女性有52.11%属于PA不足,超重肥胖女性中72.73%的人存在PA不足;(2)年龄与T/S值呈负相关,相关系数是-0.364;(3)40~49岁、50~59岁MPA时间与T/S值之间的正相关性分别为0.268、0.474。(4)超重肥胖的中年女性其T/S值明显小于正常的中年女性(1.42±0.70 VS 1.72±0.69)。结论 保持高水平体力活动能够延缓因增龄引起的端粒体长度缩短,对人体抗衰老有积极的促进作用。在相同年龄下,超重、肥胖的中年女性衰老的程度相对显著。
Abstract: Purpose: The Purpose of this study was to measure and evaluate the physical activities (PA) of 40-59 years old women, and detect the relationship between PA level and telomere length which is a body's anti-aging maker. Methods: Seventy-one 40-59 years old women were recruited and required to wear accelerometer for seven days, and then were divided into PA activity group and PA inactivity group. Their PA level was tested, and their moderate-intensity PA (MPA) per week was calculated. Also their relative length of telomere (T/S) of blood leukocyte was tested by PCR, and the correlation between T/S and PA was explored. Results: 1) There are 52.11% 40-59 years old women haven’t enough PA while 72.73% obese 40-59 years old women haven’t enough PA. 2) There is negative correlation between age and T/S (r = -0.364). 3) There are positive correlations between MPA and T/S both in 40-49 years old women (r = 0.268) and 50-59 years old women (r = 0.474). 4) T/S is shorter in obese women than in normal women (1.42±0.70 vs. 1.72±0.69). Conclusions: Keeping a high level of PA can delay the shortening of the telomere length caused by aging, which can promote anti-aging of human. The ageing degree of overweight and obese middle-aged women is higher than that of normal weight women with the same ages
