Abstract:

摘要:目的:为了研究中国高水平乒乓球运动员功能性动作筛查测试分值与潜在伤病风险之间关系。方法:运用测试法、数理统计法对中国乒乓球男女国家二队和全国优秀女子集训队队员共81名队员在赛季前进行FMS(Functional Movement Screen)测试,用ROC曲线图与多元统计判别公式计算分析。结果:男女队员得分不存在显著性差异,受伤队员与非受伤队员之间得分有显著性差异;损伤风险阈值为12.5分;小于等于12分队员存在潜在伤病风险概率约是得分大于12分队员28.5倍;判别公式筛选出来4个高水平乒乓球运动员损伤紧密相连的测试动作:过顶深蹲、躯干旋转稳定性、跨栏步、主动直膝抬腿。结论:测试中的7个测试动作并不是适用于所有运动项目和人群,判别公式和损伤阈值可互为补充,作为共同判断潜在运动损伤风险的方法。
Abstract: Objective: The purpose of study was to explore the relationship between the score of functional movement screen (FMS) and injury risk of Chinese high-level table tennis athletes. Methods: Eighty elite table tennis athletes from the second national team and national women training team were participated in this study and finished FMS test before the season, and the data was analyzed by ROC and multivariate statistics. Results: There is no significant difference of FMS score between male and female players, and it is different between injured and non-injured athletes; the FMS score of injury risk threshold of elite Chinese table tennis athletes is 12.5; the injury risk of athlete who gets the score less than 12.5 is 28.5 times greater than that of score more than 12.5; the formula screens four test actions closely related to the injury of high-level table tennis athletes, which are overhead squat, trunk circling stability, hurdle step and active straight leg raise. Conclusions: The 7 test actions are not applicable to all sports events and populations. The discriminant formula and injury threshold can be complementary to each other, as a common method to determine the risk of potential sports injury
