习近平体育强国思想研究
Xi Jinping’s Thought on Sports Power

摘要：运用文献研究法和理论分析法，对2008年5月以来习近平关于体育的论述及其相关文献共计109篇进行分析和归纳，发现习近平的体育思想突出一个“强”字，即建设体育强国。这一思想是其治国理政思想的重要组成部分，二者是局部与整体的关系，具体表现为，体育强国梦与民族复兴中国梦紧密相连，增强人民体质是体育工作的根本任务，人民健康是全面建成小康社会的重要标志。习近平体育强国思想的内涵包括：以自强不息为内核、以全民健身为抓手、以大型赛事为依托、以三大球为重点，全面推动中国体育走向强大。习近平体育强国思想为中国体育的科学发展产生方向导航，为凝聚中国力量加注精神催化，为发展中外关系搭建友好桥梁。学习和探究习近平体育强国思想，对于了解体育改革的顶层设计，深化改革的思路，破除体育事业健康发展的障碍，制定体育强国方案都会有参考的价值。
Abstract: This paper analyzed Xi Jinping’s 109 published reports and articles concerning thoughts on sports after May 2008 by the methods of literature review and theoretical analysis, and found that Xi Jinping’s thought on sport is building sports power. Xi Jinping’s thought on sport is an important part of his theory of governing the country, which is reflected on that sports power dream is closely linked to Chinese dream of national revival, to strengthen people’s constitution is the basic task of physical education, and people’s health is an important symbol of building a well-off society in all aspects. The main contents of Xi Jinping’s thought on sports power are to take self-improvement as the core, take the national fitness as the starting point, rely on large-scale events, focus on the three big balls, for comprehensively promoting the Chinese sports. Xi Jinping’s thought on sports power provides a direction for the scientific development of China sports, is a spirit catalyst to gather China strength, builds a friendly bridge between China and foreign countries. Further study of Xi Jinping’s thoughts on sports power is of great value for us to understand the top-level design of sports reform, broaden the views on reform, remove obstacles for the healthy development of sports in China and make implementation schemes of building a sports power
