关于篮球防守理念发展趋势的思考
Thinking on the Development Trend of Basketball Defense Idea

摘要：从篮球技战术发展的内、外因视角出发，运用文献资料法、专家访谈法、历史比较法和理论分析法深入研究篮球防守理念的发展历程以及新时期里的发展趋势。结论：1）攻防对立统一律是促使篮球防守理念不断发展的主要内因；篮球技战术发展大致经历自然发展、整合发展与创新发展三个阶段；现代篮球防守理念总体上实现了从“以人为主”到“以球为主”，再到“‘以球为中心’与‘以人为主’有机结合”的跃迁。2）历史文化的现实规约是篮球防守理念发展的外部动因。新时期里，篮球防守理念的发展趋势是，以全面获取和细致分析技战术信息为前提条件，综合多变防守强调有针对性的策略选择，攻击性防守则强调精准实施。
Abstract: In the perspective of internal and external reasons of the development of basketball technique and tactics, this paper analyzed development process and new trend of basketball defense idea by the methods of literature review, expert interview, historical comparison and theoretical analysis. Conclusions: 1) The internal cause of development of basketball defense philosophy is an unity of opposites about offense and defense; the development history of basketball technique and tactics can be divided into three phases, which are natural developing, integrative developing and creative developing; modern basketball defense idea has changed from “player orientation” to “ball orientation”, and then combined them together. 2) Historical and cultural background and regulations are the external cause of basketball defense idea development. In this new time, its trend is that comprehensive changeable defense will choose targeted defense and improve aggressive defense with accurate defense based on whole acquirement and detail analysis of technique and tactic information
