竞技健美操裁判员执裁评估系统的研制与应用
Development and Application of Evaluation System on Competitive Aerobics Referee’s Judging

摘要：裁判员是竞技体育评分类项目赛事的重要组成。为保障运动员的竞赛权益，避免裁判员评分的偏颇性以及主观评判与客观反映的差异性，本研究运用文献资料法、问卷调查法、专家访谈法和数理统计法，利用信息化管理方式，自主研制了“竞技健美操裁判员执裁评估系统”软件，并在2014年全国健美操冠军赛中实施应用，以期完善竞技健美操裁判员评估监督机制，促进竞技健美操赛事和项目健康持续发展。研究结果表明，竞技健美操裁判员执裁评估系统软件操作简便、数据传输迅速，能够定量评价裁判员个人和裁判组整体的执裁情况；根据RSR值分布情况，裁判员评分质量区分明显，裁判员需在准确评分基础上提升评判稳定性，使执裁水平得到充分发挥。
Abstract: The referee plays an important role in score-based sports events. In order to guarantee the interests of the athletes, avoid the partiality of evaluation and the difference between the subjective evaluation and objective reflection, the research used the methods of literature review, expert interview, questionnaire investigation and mathematical statistics, developed the software of “Evaluation System on Aerobics Referee’s Judging”, and applied it in the 2014 National Aerobics Championship. This study aimed to improve supervision system of competitive referee’ judging and promote the healthy and sustainable development of this sports event. The results showed that this developed software can evaluate judging of each referee and referee group with easy operation and quick data transmission; according to the distribution of RSR, the quality of the referee score was significantly different, referees should promote stability based on the well accuracy for improving judging level
