太极推手新竞赛模式及竞赛规则解析
Analysis on the New Competition Mode and Rules of Taiji-Tuishou

摘要：为打造一个独具中华文化内涵的武术对抗项目，以太极推手的竞赛规则为主要研究对象，运用文献资料法、专家访谈法、实验法等研究方法对太极推手的竞赛模式和竞赛规则展开了深入研究。研究发现：根据打造一个现代武术对抗类竞赛项目的实际需要，采取了“限定技术、精选技法、形成简明技术体系”的整体改革思路；经比赛试验可知，新的竞赛方法不仅消除了曾多年困扰竞技太极推手发展的顶牛、搂抱、抓衣服、像摔跤、满场跑等现象，而且使竞技太极推手比赛回归了传统，成为了众多太极拳家心目中的太极拳；采用先合手演练，再对抗竞技的比赛模式，既坚持了传统太极拳的“打练结合”，也具有浓厚的现代竞技体育气息，是一个突出的创新；在新的竞赛规则引导下，必将形成新的竞技太极推手技术体系，这正是十八大提出的“建设优秀传统文化传承体系，弘扬中华优秀传统文化”的具体实践。以武术竞赛实践弘扬中华优秀传统文化具有一定的参考价值。
Abstract: In order to make a fighting sport game of Wushu with unique Chinese cultural connotations, this paper analyzed competition mode and rules of Taiji-tuishou by the methods of literature review, expert interview, and experiment. Conclusions: According to the actual requirement of making a modern fighting game of Wushu, this study adapted the reform thoughts of defining techniques, carefully chosen techniques, and forming concise techniques system. Based on match experiments, the new competition method not only avoids problems such as goring as ox, holding and raking together, grabbing clothes, like wrestling, running all over the field, but also makes the Taiji-tuishou competition return to tradition and become the match expected by many experts of Taijiquan. Adapting the mode of firstly pair drilling then competing is an outstanding innovation, which not only perseveres in the unity of drilling and fighting of traditional Wushu, but also has the characteristics of modern sports. Guided by the new competition rules, the new techniques system of competitive Taiji-tuishou will come into being, which is the concrete practice of constructing excellent traditional cultural heritage system and promoting outstanding traditional Chinese culture that was put forward by the 18th CPC National Congress.
