“一带一路”倡议下中国“文化走出去”的战略转型——以武术国际推广3.0时代为例

Abstract:
摘要:主要采用文献资料法、专家访谈法等科研方法,从“一带一路”倡议的实质入手,阐述了文化是推动国家战略的重要支撑力,论述了全球化背景下“共享”理念的重要性和必要性。研究认为:“一带一路”倡议的实质是建立国与国“主体间”平等的共建、共享;共商、共赢;互惠、互利双向互动的合作新模式和国际交流新机制。并提出了新的时代背景下武术国际推广3.0时代的到来,以及所应做出的战略调整,即:由文化“软实力”向文化“柔传播”转型、由文化“走出去”向文化“走进去”转型、由武术“国际化”向武术“国际性”转型、由武术“技术教学”向武术“健康服务”转型,从而使更多的人认知、认同武术文化,让世界共享武术“自然、和谐、健康”的健身理念,这才是武术文化打造国际影响力的核心价值之所在,也是我们提出“一带一路”倡议的美好愿景。
Abstract: This research mainly adopts the methods of literature review, expert interviews and other research methods, starting from the essence of the Belt and Road, expounds that culture is an important supporting force to promote the national strategy, and discusses the importance and necessity of the concept of "sharing" under the background of globalization. Conclusions: The essence of the Belt and Road is to equally establish the nature of inter-subjectivity between different countries, namely a mutual and beneficial corporative model and international communication mechanism of construction, sharing, negotiation, reciprocity. This study puts forward the coming of the 3.0 era of Wushu international promotion under the new era and the corresponding strategic adjustments, including transforming from cultur "soft power" to cultur "soft communication", from culture "go out" to culture "go in", from Wushu "internationalization" to Wushu "international", from Wushu "technology teaching" to Wushu "health service" transformation. These adjustments can make more people understanding and recognition of Wushu culture, and let the world share the Wushu’s "natural, harmonious and healthy" concept of fitness; which is the core value of Wushu culture to build international influence, and also is our best wishes of the Belt and Road
