体育锻炼对于学生学业成绩影响的研究进展

Abstract:
摘要:运用文献资料法和逻辑分析法,以国外研究为主、国内研究为辅,系统梳理国内外关于大中小学学生体育锻炼与学业成绩关系的研究成果,发现:目前国内相关研究数量较少、层次较低,缺乏全面、系统化的研究。国外该方面的调查及实验研究虽较为丰富,有一定的深度和广度,但大部分关于体育锻炼对学生学业成绩影响因素的研究多为单对单的直线研究,忽视了其更为广阔的研究空间,更无涉及跟踪研究,并且研究的科学性及理论研究方面有待进一步提高。建议:加强跟踪性研究和理论研究;结合生物科技,将实验结果量化,增加研究的科学性,进而应用于实践;探索合理的学生体育锻炼方案,德智体美全面发展;建立多元化的研究体系,积极发挥相关研究的引领作用。旨在改变当前国内许多专家学者及家长“重文轻体”的观念,鼓励学生积极参与体育锻炼,身心同步健康发展。
Abstract: With the methods of literature consultation and logical analysis, based on foreign and domestic researches, this review tried to start with systematically classifying the research at home and abroad about how physical exercise impacts students’ academic achievement. The authors discovered that the related domestic researches are confronted with situation with small amount, low standard. Besides, comprehensive and systematic researches are in need. However, foreign researches which are more abundant in depth and width than those from domestics mostly focus on the linear study of single pair about the impact of physical exercise toward academic achievement, which neglects wide research space and its following research; what’s more, researches should be more scientific and theoretical. Therefore, the author’s suggestions are to strengthen tracing study and theoretical study, combine biological technology, quantize experimental result, improve the scientificity and then apply it into practice; the reasonable scheme of physical activity for students also should be explored, and students should have a comprehensive development in moral, intelligence, sports and aesthetics education; the authors also advise to create diversified research system, positively playing the leading role in related fields. This study not only aims to encourage students actively participate in physical exercise to develop both physical and mental health, but also sets targets for the future research, giving some referable advises for more profound researches in our country
