基于旅游目的地视角我国民族民间体育赛事利益相关者系统解析
China’s National Folk Sports Event Stakeholder System Based on Tourism Destination Perspective

摘要：为了进一步明晰我国民族民间体育赛事与旅游目的地之间的关系，增强对民族民间体育赛事的认知度、关注度和重视度。以民族民间体育赛事为研究对象，运用文献资料法、实地考察法、访谈法、案例分析法等研究方法，在对我国民族民间体育赛事发展现状深入调查的基础上，引入利益相关者理论，基于旅游目的地视角构建了我国民族民间体育赛事利益相关者关系模型和利益相关者系统全要素模型。结果表明：1）我国民族民间体育赛事是由诸多利益相关者组成的供需网络价值链，与旅游目的地之间的共生度和关联度极高。2）我国民族民间体育赛事利益相关者系统由主体、客体和环境因素三部分构成，各要素之间体现出明显的竞合关系。3）我国民族民间体育赛事的社会发展度与社会利益相对应，呈正相关；经济发展度与经济利益对应，呈正相关；赛事影响力与环境利益相对应，呈正相关，反映在时间和空间上。该研究为后续我国民族民间体育赛事与旅游目的地的互动影响机理及实证研究提供了重要的理论基础。
Abstract: In order to further clarify?the relationship between national folk sports event and tourism destination in China, increasing its awareness, attention degree, and importance degree, this study investigated its current situation. By the methods of literature review, field investigation, interview and case study, this paper introduced stakeholder theory and constructed its stakeholder relationship model and total factor model based on tourism destination perspective. The results showed that the national folk sports is made up of many stakeholders value chain of supply and demand network, and has high degree of symbiosis and correlation in tourism destination; the national folk sports stakeholders system consists of subject, object and environment factors, reflects the obvious competition relationship between the elements; the degree of social development is positively related to social interests; economic development economic benefits; event influence is positively related to environmental interests in time and space. This study provided important theoretical basis for research on its interactive mechanism and empirical research in the future
