中国男篮成绩影响指标体系评价模型构建及实证研究

Abstract:
摘要：以中国男篮成绩影响因素为切入点，运用文献资料法、定性建模与仿真法、特尔菲法、问卷调查法、数理统计法等，构建了中国男篮成绩影响因素指标体系评价模型，并进行了实证分析。研究表明：在中国男篮成绩影响因素体系中，“运动员受俱乐部制约”、“教练执教理念和风格”、“球员竞技能力”、“球员敬业精神及自身习惯”、“规则理解和利用”以及“后备人才培养、选拔与管理”等方面存在较大问题，其根源在于后备人才规模小质量差、球员训练与文化教育没有实现统一、球员培养受传统思想的束缚、体育和教育系统培养体系对接不畅等一系列原因。建议由国务院牵头，国家体育总局和教育部联合成立工作组，一是负责督促开展基层各级训练系统之间的合作与交流；二是尽快建立新的人才培养体系。逐步增加各级联赛的参赛队伍数量，吸引更多运动员和教练员参与进来，并在各个阶段充分重视球员兴趣的培养，积极引导他们喜欢和热爱篮球职业，中国男篮才会实现可持续发展。
Abstract: This study focused on constructing the influencing indexes system evaluation model for China men’s basketball team and analyzing it by the methods of literature review, qualitative modeling and simulation method, Delphi, questionnaire, and mathematical statistics. The results showed that there are some big problems in the areas, including athlete restricted by club, the coaching philosophy, athletic ability, player’s professional spirit and self habit, rule understanding and utilization, and cultivation, selection and management of reserve talent in the system. The roots that caused these problems are poor quantity and quality of reserve talent, disunity of player training and education, restriction by traditional thinking on player cultivation, bad joint between sports system and education system. We suggested that General Administration of Sport of China and Ministry of Education set up a joint working group under the lead by the State Council. On the one hand, the joint working group is response to urge cooperation and communication among all the local training systems. On the other hand, we should establish a new talent training system as soon as possible in order to increase all levels team number of the league gradually, so that more athletes and coaches will participate in and be improved in the league, and their interest on basketball can be cultivated at every development stage and then they may love basketball career. Therefore, China men’s basketball team will realize a sustainable development
