中国体育产业结构的内涵解析与供给侧优化
Connotation Analysis and Supply Side Optimization of Sports Industry Structure in China

摘要：在供给侧结构性改革战略引领下，我国体育产业结构优化问题显得尤为重要。采用产业经济学、新供给经济学等方法，剖析中国体育产业结构的现状、演进机理和演变动因，解析体育产业结构优化的内涵，探寻在供给侧改革战略下中国体育产业结构优化的重点和途径。研究表明：中国体育产业结构（产值结构、就业结构、投资结构、需求结构）不合理；体育产业结构的演进机理是在市场机制与政府调控的相互作用下形成的；体育产业结构的演变动因是由经济发展水平、体育需求、体育供给和科学技术四个因素所决定；体育产业结构优化有利于推动体育产业结构向合理化和高级化发展，有利于提升体育产业成为新的经济增长点，有利于满足人民群众日益增长的体育需求；体育产业结构的供给侧优化重点是增加有效供给、减少无效供给，体育产业结构的供给侧优化途径是发挥市场机制、宏观调控、产业政策的作用。
Abstract: Under the guidance of supply side structural reform strategy, the optimization of China's sports industry structure is particularly important. This paper analyzes the present situation, evolution mechanism and evolution motivation of China’s sports industry structure, resolves the content of sports industry structure optimization, and explores the key points and approaches of optimization under the supply side reform strategy, by the methods of industrial economics, new supply economics and so on. The study shows that China’s sports industry structure including output value structure, employment structure, investment structure and demand structure, is irrational; the evolution mechanism of sports industry structure is formed under the interaction between market mechanism and government regulation; the evolution motivation of sports industry structure is determined by four factors including economic development level, sports demand, sports supply and science and technology; sport industry structure optimization is conducive to promoting the rationalization and further development of sports industry structure, promoting the sports industry to become a new economic growth point and satisfying the growing sports demand of the people; the focus of supply side optimization of sports industry structure is to increase the effective supply and reduce the inefficient supply; the supply side optimization way of sports industry structure is to play the role of market mechanism, macro control and industrial policy
