我国竞技体育职业化进程中道德失范现象的表征及应对策略研究
Representation of Moral Anomie Phenomenon in the Professional Process of China Competitive Sport and Its Coping Strategies

摘要：为了进一步推动我国竞技体育职业化进程中道德建设的良性发展，认清当前存在的主要问题，对我国体育道德建设提出建设性意见。采用文献资料法与专家访谈法，探索我国竞技体育职业化进程中道德失范现象的主要表征，剖析原因，进而提出应对策略。研究表明，运动员滥用药物、裁判员“黑哨”行为、教练员打骂运动员是我国竞技体育职业化进程中体育道德失范的主要表征；体育道德教育缺乏、管理体制不完善、法律制度不健全是体育道德失范的主要原因；在此基础上，提出了以诚信引领道德教育、时代性软约束体系的构建、法制重要地位的突出等应对策略。有助于我们更加清晰的认识竞技体育职业化进程中的道德失范问题，探索一条治理体育道德失范的可行之道。
Abstract: The purposes of this research were to promote health moral construction development in the professional process of China competitive sport, clarify current main existed problems, and provide some constructive advice to China sports moral construction. This paper explored representation of moral anomie phenomenon in the professional process of China competitive sport, analyzed its origin, and provided some coping strategies by the methods of literature review and expert interview. The results showed that athlete abuse drugs, referee “black whistle”, coach beaten athlete are the main representation. Lack of moral education in sport, imperfect management system, and unsound legal system are the main reasons. Based on this, this paper puts forward some coping strategies, uses good faith to lead moral education, constructs era soft-restriction system, and highlights the importance of legal system. This research will help us to identify this problem more clearly and find a practical way to solve it
