美国波士顿大学运动防护专业本科课程设置及启示

Abstract:
摘要:采用文献资料法、田野调查法、访谈法等对美国波士顿大学运动防护专业本科课程设置情况进行了研究,旨在为我国今后开设运动防护专业及其课程设置上提供借鉴和启示。研究表明,波士顿大学运动防护本科专业培养目标定位为教育、健身、医疗等行业培养运动防护专门人才。其课程设置分为必修课程和选修课程,其中必修课程有基础课程和专业课程,并且对必修课程的考核较为严格;选修课程注重人文学科课程和运动项目术科课程。该专业特别注重临床实践课程,这类课程数量多达7门,对这些课程的考核也主要侧重于专业能力和实践技能等方面。此外,该本科专业课程设置的主要特征是其课程目标务实明确;课程容量较大;课程结构较为合理;课程所在院系多元化;重视自然科学类基础课程、人文学科课程及实践技能等。最后认为波士顿大学运动防护专业本科课程设置对我国开设运动防护专业的启示有制定务实明确的专业培养目标;设置结构合理的课程体系;制定严格的课程考核标准;重视自然科学类基础课程、人文学科类课程和临床实践课程等。
Abstract: This paper focused on the undergraduate curriculum of athletic training major of Boston University by literature review, field investigation and interviews, aimed at providing some references and inspirations for the establishment of athletic training major and the curriculum setting in the near future of China. The results showed that the training target of undergraduate curriculum of athletic training of Boston University is fostering professional athletic trainers for departments of education, fitness and healthcare. Its curriculum is divided into compulsory courses and elective courses, compulsory courses are basic courses and professional courses with more strict examination while elective courses focus on humanities courses and sports technical courses. This major particularly emphasizes on clinical practice, the number of such courses is as many as seven, and the examination of these courses is mainly focused on professional competence and practical skills. The main characteristics of the undergraduate curriculum of athletic training major of Boston University are clear training objective, large capacity, reasonable curriculum structure, diversified faculty, emphasizing natural science foundation courses, humanities courses and practice skills. This paper advanced that the undergraduate curriculum of athletic training major of Boston University has the following enlightenments for establishing athletic training major in China, making practical and clear professional training objectives of the major, setting reasonable curriculum system, setting strict examination standard, emphasizing natural science foundation courses, humanities courses and clinical practice courses
