Towards spatial justice: the value orientation and achievement in integration of urban and rural development

摘 要： 空间正义理论从空间的维度考察正义问题，弥补了正义的空间缺失。我国城乡发展的二元化结构造成了空间正义的缺失，严重影响了社会的发展。空间正义作为城乡发展一体化的价值取向是社会主义本质要求；是落实宪法权利的要求；是空间正义本身的要求；是城乡发展一体化的内在诉求。通过加强空间发展的公众参与机制；建立城乡统一的户籍制度；建立城市空间扩张中弱势群体合法权益的保护机制；实施城乡空间均衡发展机制，以实现空间正义。
Abstract: Spatial justice theory explores the problems of justice from the dimension of space, and makes up for the lack of spatial justice. The dual structure of China's urban and rural development has resulted in the lack of spatial justice, which has seriously affected the development of the society in China. Spatial justice which can be made the value orientation of the integration of urban and rural development, is the requirement of the socialist essence, implementing the constitutional rights, and realizing spatial justice itself, which is the inner demand of the integration of urban and rural development. We can realize spatial justice in China by strengthening the spatial development mechanism of public participation, establishing a unified household registration system, setting a mechanism to protect the legitimate rights and interests of vulnerable groups, and implementing a balanced mechanism of urban and rural spatial development
