中国经济发展与国家自主性关系考察――基于改革开放前后的比较视角
Study on the relationship between China’s economic development andstate autonomy: based on the comparative perspective before andafter the reform and opening-up

摘 要： 国家自主性理论为解释中国经济发展提供了一种分析视角。以改革开放为历史分界点，国家由绝对自主向有限自主的转变推动着中国经济的持续发展。国家社会关系从同构到分离催生了一个相对自主的社会，中央地方关系从封闭到开放塑造了以创新和发展为特征的地方自主性。但经济发展的背后，国家自主性面临失衡困境，需要思考如何重塑国家自主性的均衡性。一方面，塑造有限政府，构建协同共治体系。另一方面，塑造有效政府，提升公共服务能力。
Abstract: State autonomy theory with the relationship between state and economy as its core content, provides an analytical perspective to explain China’s economic development. With the Reform and Opening-up as the historical dividing point, the country transformed itself from absolute autonomy to bounded-autonomy, which promotes China’s economic sustainable development. The relationship between state and society from mutual construction to separation produced a relative autonomy society. The relationship between central government and local government from the closed to the open created local autonomy characterized by innovation and development. But behind the economic development, China’s state autonomy presents an unbalanced predicament, wee need to figure out how to reshape a balanced state autonomy. On the one hand, we need to build a limited government and form a multiple governance system. On the other hand, we need to build an effective government and improve the capacity of public services
