台湾查禁武侠小说之“暴雨专案”始末探析
An Introduction to 'Rainstorm File' of Prohibiting Martial Arts Novels in Taiwan

“暴雨专案”即“暴雨项目”，是中国近代以来唯一特别针对单一文学体式武侠小说展开清查、厉禁的一次政策性行动，定案于1959年年底。1960年2月，台湾全省七个县市同步实施扫荡、清查工作。这是延续着国民党政府迁台以后所实施的“戒严法”“出版法”而来的一项措施，主要目的是为了防止所谓“附匪”“陷匪”作家的作品在台湾宣传、流播从而不利于国民党政府统治的思想，但剑锋所指，则系针对当时普遍流传于台湾的金庸武侠小说，连带波及了当时香港的诸多作家。香港作家武侠小说之遭查禁，是对原已被封禁的大陆旧派武侠小说雪上加霜，等于完全斩断了台湾武侠小说与大陆血脉相连的脐带。厘清“暴雨专案”始末，对台湾武侠小说的发展而言，无疑甚具观察、分析的意义与价值。
'Rainstorm file', or 'Rainstorm Project', was finalized in late 1959. It is the only policy action in modern China that takes inventory of a single type of writing, martial arts novels. In February of 1960, seven counties and cities in Taiwan carried out raids and inventories simultaneously. This is a measure that has continued from the 'Martial Law' and the 'Press Law' which was implemented after the Kuomintang government relocated to Taiwan. The main purpose is to prevent the 'bandit' writers' works from propagating in Taiwan and spreading the ideas that do not make use of the Kuomintang government's rule. However, it is actually directed against Jin Yong novels popular in Taiwan at that time and touches on many Hong Kong writers. The prohibition of martial arts novels in Hong Kong, together with the earlier banned China martial arts novels, completely cut off the links of martial arts fictions between Taiwan and China. As far as the development of the martial arts novels in Taiwan is concerned, there is undoubtedly a great significance and value in observation and analysis
