Abstract:

针对职业教育本质研究中静态分析方法论局限,反思职业教育演变史可知,职业教育变革的本质在于不断创生新型职业人。在职业人培养过程中,社会生产力和生产关系的变革,为其注入了新的培养目标和课程等新因素,由此引发职业教育育人过程本质的变化,创生出适应社会新常态的新型职业人。新常态下的职业人所生成的结构要素,是由科技发展、政治制度和文化变革与职教系统的反作用等因素合力作用的结果。宏观上,政府根据社会新常态下行业和市场的外在要求,出台系列政策,引导职教系统有所选择地创造出市场急需的新专业和课程等系列新事件,从而不断引起职业教育阶段状态的本质变化。微观上,教育行政、师生等具体人,又通过主动选择培养“职业人”的素质结构,创生出满足社会新常态和个人需要的“具体职业人”。当前宏观经济社会发展的新常态,与微观职教系统主体选择性的相互作用,需要以普职融通的职教过程变革方式,创生出新常态下富有创新精神的大批中高端职业人。
In view of the limitations of static analysis methodology in the study of the nature of vocational education and in the light of reflections on the evolutionary history of vocational education, the essence of vocational education reform is to generate new professionals constantly. In the process of cultivating professionals, the transformation of productive forces and relations of production inject new elements into vocational education, such as new training goals and curriculums, which triggered changes in the nature of the teaching process of vocational education, creating professionals adaptable to the social new normal. The structural elements of professionals in the new normal take shape under the combined forces of the development of science and technology, the reform of cultural and political systems and the reaction of the vocational education system. On the macro level, the government introduces a series of policies according to the external requirements of market and industry in the social new normal, guiding the vocational education system to selectively set up new specialties and curriculums and other new events urgently needed on the market so as to promoting constant essential changes in different stages of vocational education. On the microscopic level, by selecting and cultivating the quality structure of 'professionals' actively, education administrators, teachers and other specific persons can cultivate 'specific professionals' which meet the demands of both individuals and the social new normal. Currently, the interaction between the 'new normal' of social and economic development from the macro level and the subject selectivity of vocational education on micro-level calls for the integration of vocational and general education so as to generate a large contingent of middle and high-end of professionals with innovative spirit in the new normal
