研究了时间尺度上相空间中非Chetaev型非完整力学系统的Noether理论.首先，基于Hamilton原理，建立了时间尺度上非Chetaev型非完整力学系统的Hamilton方程； 其次，根据时间尺度上Hamilton作用量在无限小变换下的广义准不变量，得到了时间尺度上相空间中非Chetaev型非完整力学系统的Noether等式和守恒量；最后，举例说明结果的应用.
