针对单位模框架构造的情况，提出一个基于Spectral Tetris的单位模紧框架构造的新算法，得到新算法能构造单位模紧框架的充要条件，所得结果改进了STC算法的相关结论.
This paper focuses on the construction of unit norm frame. A new algorithm of the construction of the unit norm tight frames based on Spectral Tetris be presented. A necessary and sufficient condition for the algorithm to construct unit norm tight frames be obtained. And the results have improved related conclusions of STC algorithm
