居民感官视角下废弃物处理设施负效应测度
A measurement model for obnoxious effect of waste disposal facilities on sense of inhabitants

提出居民感官视角下“邻避”设施负效应的概念，开发基于居民感官视角的废弃物处理设施负效应测度模型，并以废弃物焚烧站为例进行算例验证. 结果表明，该测度模型和方法是可行和有效的，为废弃物处理设施负效应的治理提供了有益参考.
The concept of obnoxious effect based on the inhabitant’s sense is defined and a measuring method is devised demonstrating the logic relationship between pollutant concentration and obnoxious effect from the visual angle of human sense. A virtual example is devised to test the model and the parameter analysis is carried based on the example. Some strategies of negative effect controlling of this kind of “not-in-my-back-yard” facilities are also proposed based on the conclusion of parameters analysis
