钢混组合梁半整体桥设计与施工

Abstract:
以钢混组合梁半整体桥为研究对象,分析其结构体系和构造形式,进而介绍我国钢混组合梁半整体桥的设计与施工. 采用半整体悬挂式桥台和混凝土桩,上部结构采用耐候工字钢-混凝土板组成的组合梁,结构简支、桥面连续,全桥取消伸缩缝与伸缩装置. 成桥监测表明,其纵向变形很小,可在中小跨径钢混组合梁无缝桥建设中推广.
The structural systems of steel-concrete composite girder bridges with semi-integral abutments are analysed. The semi-integral abutments include suspension and supporting type,the connections between girder and abutment generally use welded end plate of steel beam and shear studs,supporting and rigid connections are adopted between girder and pier,and the horizontal or oblique tie bars are adopted between approach slab and girder. Afterwards,the steel-concrete composite girder bridges with semi-integral abutments in China is designed. It is a simply supported and deck continuous bridge,which the suspension type of semi-integral abutments,concrete pile,weathering steel I-beam,and concrete slab are adopted. The bridge cancels the expansion joint and telescopic device. The monitoring shows that the longitudinal deformation of the bridge is small. This type of jointless bridge with steel-concrete composite girder can be popularized in the construction of small and medium span bridges
