Abstract:

在测试两种再生粗骨料特性及其再生混凝土基本性能的基础上,系统研究了不同再生粗骨料取代率、不同附着砂浆率的再生粗骨料对再生混凝土自生收缩的影响. 结果表明:再生混凝土自生收缩的发展趋势和普通混凝土相似;随着再生粗骨料取代率增加,混凝土自生收缩增大;附着砂浆率大的再生粗骨料对混凝土自生收缩的影响更大;再生粗骨料对混凝土自生收缩的不利影响比对强度的不利影响更大.
Two kinds of recycled coarse aggregate and the recycled concrete were tested firstly,then influence of different recycled coarse aggregate replacement rate and adhered mortar rate of recycled coarse aggregate on recycled concrete autogenous shrinkage performance were systematic studied. The results show that the development trends of autogenous shrinkage of recycled concrete is similar to ordinary concrete;with the increase of recycled coarse aggregate replacement ratio,autogenous shrinkage of concrete increased. The impact of the recycled coarse aggregate which has the bigger adhered mortar rate on autogenous shrinkage is greater. Adverse effects of recycled coarse aggregate for concrete autogenous shrinkage is greater than the adverse effects on concrete strength
