基于PWM斩波交流接触器闭环控制器的研究

Abstract:
为提高接触器可靠性和使用寿命,系统通过在接触器上安装动铁心位移传感器,实现接触器在闭合过程中实时跟踪动铁心运行信息的闭环控制. 在动静触头开距内,接触器线圈电流采用电流滞环斩波PWM控制技术,配合位移传感器跟踪动铁心的运行信息,通过实时改变接触器的线圈电流来控制接触器动触头的闭合速度,实现接触器闭合软着陆,减少动静触头的闭合弹跳.
In order to improve the reliability and used life of the contactor,the sensor of displacement is installed in the contactor. The operating information can be real-time tracked and close-looped controlled during the closed process of the contactor. The coil current of contractor is controlled by PWM chop with the running information,which can change the closing speed by modulating the coil current
