六方相氮化硼负载铜纳米粒子的制备及其催化还原对硝基苯酚

Abstract:
利用一步高温烧结法制备得到稳定的六方相氮化硼(h-BN)负载纳米单质铜复合物Cu/BN,并通过X-射线衍射仪、 傅里叶红外光谱仪、 紫外-可见漫反射光谱仪以及扫描电子显微镜等仪器对其结构进行表征. 另外,将所制备的Cu/BN复合物用于催化还原对硝基苯酚. 研究发现,Cu/BN复合物具有良好的稳定性和催化还原对硝基苯酚的性能,利用不同温度下反应速率的线性拟合算出反应的动力学活化能约为110kJ·mol-1.
Stable Cu/BN composites were prepared by dispersing copper nanoparticles on h-BN through one-step high-temperature sintering method. The structural features of the as-obtained composites were characterized by X-ray diffraction,Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy,ultraviolet-visible diffuse reflection spectroscopy and scanning electron microscope. Moreover,the catalytic activities were evaluated by reducing p-nitrophenol into p-aminophenol. It was found that the Cu/BN composites have a good stability in air and keep an excellent activity for the catalytic hydrogenation of p-nitrophenol. The activation energy of this reduction reaction was determined to be about 110kJ·mol-1
