基于时空消耗法的古城道路交通环境优化方法研究 ——以长汀古城为例

Abstract:
对长汀古城内的核心道路进行3种方案下的路权分配,利用时空消耗法,对不同高峰时段、改造方案和人口疏散情况下古城道路交通时空资源饱和度进行测算. 结果发现,无论是道路改造还是交通管理举措都无法真正实现古城交通的减压,只有一定程度的人口和功能疏散才能实现较为舒适理想的交通环境.
Three redistribution plans were designated to the central road in Changting Ancient City. Then time-space saturation under different conditions was calculated by using time-space consumption theory. It turns out that no matter what reconstruction and management is carried out,the transportation pressure cannot be relived. And a comfortable transport environment won’t be gained until the population and city’s functions is dispersed
