Abstract:

在磨矿动力学、自然矿块抗压强度和磨矿功耗研究的基础上,针对云南兰坪氧化锌矿石含泥量大的特点,推导并建立兰坪砂岩型氧化锌矿石球径经验公式模型. 混合物料磨矿试验结果表明,该模型在指导磨机初装球方面具有较好的准确性. 利用该经验公式对云南小灰山氧化锌矿选厂磨机钢球进行调整后,磨矿产品次生矿泥质量分数减少了2.30%,磨矿效率提高了4.30%,达到了降低次生矿泥和减少磨矿能耗的目的.
According to the researches of grinding dynamics,compressive strength of natural ore and power consumption of milling,the empirical formula model of the grinding of zinc oxide ore was derived and established. The material of zinc oxide ore with the types of sandstone and the characteristics of large slime content was from Lanping in Yunnan province,China. The grinding results of mixed material showed that the model could guide the initial ball-load of ball mill accurately. After the adjustment of mill ball size distribution using this empirical equation for Yunnan Xiaohuishan zinc oxide ore processing plant,the mass fraction of secondary slime decreased by 2.30% and grinding efficiency increased by 4.30%. The purpose of reducing the secondary slime and energy consumption of grinding was achieved
