Abstract:

利用双线性内聚力模型对炭黑颗粒填充橡胶复合材料的界面脱粘现象进行模拟仿真. 应用数值分析方法,以基于内聚力模型的界面单元来构建界面相,研究了不同炭黑颗粒形状、炭黑弹性模量、炭黑体积分数和最大界面粘结强度对炭黑颗粒填充橡胶复合材料界面脱粘过程的影响. 模拟结果表明:光滑的颗粒表面,较小的弹性模量,减小炭黑体积分数以及增大界面粘结强度,能够避免界面脱粘现象过早发生.
Based on the bilinear cohesive force model,the interface debonding of carbon black filled rubber composites was simulated. Using interface elements based on cohesion force model to build interface phase,the effect of different carbon black particle shape,carbon black elastic modulus,carbon black volume fraction and maximum interfacial bond strength on interfacial debonding process was studied by numerical analysis. The simulation results show that the more smooth the surface of the particles,the smaller the elastic modulus,the larger the volume fraction of carbon black and the maximum bond strength,the interface debonding phenomenon can be avoided prematurely
