Abstract:

经过前期大量标准试块的试验研究得到福建地区混凝土超声回弹综合法的测强曲线,但其中并未考虑碳化的影响. 而实际工程中混凝土难免会受到不同程度的碳化影响,碳化也将使得超声和回弹测量值发生变化而影响预测精度. 为此,本文对若干实际工程进行超声回弹测试并测定碳化值,最后对混凝土构件取芯并测得芯样混凝土强度,在考虑碳化影响下给出了修正后的福建地区混凝土超声回弹综合法测强曲线. 研究表明,修正后的曲线与实测值吻合较好,预测的相对误差也满足了规范误差限值要求.
In the previous study,a regional prediction curve to predict the strength of concrete in Fujian province has been provided based on the experimental results. However,the carbonation effect was neglected. For a particular concrete component,the carbonation effect is considered to be an inevitable factor which has a great influence on the strength,as well as the measured rebound and ultrasonic values. Therefore,the ultrasonic-rebound combined method is applied to some real projects,and the carbonation depth and the core strength of the components are measured. A modified regional prediction curve is proposed by taking into account different levels of carbonation depth. The comparison results show that the modified curve has great agreement with the measured core strength. Limit error is found in the proposed modified curve and the maximum error meet the specification requirements for maximum error on the current code
