磷镁比、水灰比、硼砂掺量对磷酸钾镁水泥耐水性的影响

Abstract:
通过测试磷酸钾镁水泥(MKPC)浆体在自然养护和水中养护两种养护条件下不同龄期的抗压强度,研究了磷镁比(mP/mM)、水灰比(mW/mC)、硼砂掺量(mB/mM)对MKPC浆体耐水性的影响规律. 结果表明:水养条件下,MKPC浆体56 d抗压强度相对于自然养护条件下发生了显著下降,耐水性较差;mP/mM、mW/mC、mB/mM的变化均会对MKPC浆体的耐水性产生一定影响. 在水中养护时,随着mP/mM减小,MKPC浆体的抗压强度损失先增大后减小,在mP/mM为1/3时耐水性最差;随着mW/mC的增加,MKPC浆体的抗压强度损失逐渐增大;随着mB/mM增加,MKPC浆体的抗压强度损失先减小后增大,在mB/mM为4%时耐水性最好.
Influences of the ratio of KH2PO4 to MgO (mP/mM),ratio of water to bind (mW/mC),content change of borax (mB/mM) on water resistance of magnesium-potassium phosphate cement (MKPC),were investigated through testing compression strength of MKPC paste,under two curing conditions of natural curing and water curing in different ages. The results indicate that the strength of MKPC paste cured in water for 56 d loses greatly when compared with cured in natural,which indicates that MKPC has poor water resistance.All of mP/mM,mW/mC and mB/mM have some impact on water resistance of MKPC paste. When cured in water,with the decrease of mP/mM,compression strength loss of MKPC paste shows a trend of first increase and then decrease,and water resistance of MKPC paste is the worst when mP/mM is taken as 1/3;compression strength loss of MKPC paste increases with the increase of mW/mC with the increase of mB/mM,compression strength loss of MKPC paste shows a trend of first decrease and then increase,and water resistance of MKPC paste is the best when mB/mM is taken as 4%
