粉煤灰和矿粉对再生混凝土徐变性能影响的研究

Abstract:
设计不同掺量的粉煤灰单掺和粉煤灰加矿粉复掺(比例按1∶1)两种系列共10组试件,研究其对再生混凝土徐变性能的影响. 试验结果表明: 适量的粉煤灰单掺能有效地抑制再生混凝土徐变的发展,当掺量分别为40%和30%时,对再生混凝土的总徐变和基本徐变抑制效果最优;粉煤灰加矿粉复掺与粉煤灰单掺相比具有相似的规律,且对再生混凝土徐变的抑制效果更佳. 以ACI209R徐变预测模型为基础,考虑再生粗骨料、粉煤灰单掺和粉煤灰与矿粉复掺掺量的影响,提出再生混凝土的徐变预测修正模型.
Two series of recycled aggregate concrete (RAC) mixtures were prepared with fly ash and fly ash-slag (ratio by 1∶1) on the effect of the creep properties,and a total of 10 groups of specimens were produced. The results show that using the right amount of fly ash as a substitute for cement decreases the creep of RAC. In addition,fly ash exhibits the best inhibitory effect on the growth of total creep and basic creep when the replacement rates are 40% and 30%. Compared with fly ash,fly ash-slag has similar law,and had better inhibitory effect on the creep of RAC. Based on the ACI209R creep prediction model,the influence of recycled coarse aggregate and the replacement rates of fly ash and fly ash-slag are considered by the prediction model of RAC
