Abstract:

为促进石灰石粉在混凝土中的应用,研究石灰石粉的粒径、 掺量和其它辅助性胶凝材料对混凝土耐久性能的影响. 研究结果表明,石灰石粉的掺入,生成碳铝酸钙,并稳定钙矾石. 粉煤灰和矿粉中的铝相促进石灰石粉的反应,进一步增大了碳铝酸钙和钙矾石的含量. 当石灰石粉的平均粒径为19.92μm时,混凝土的氯离子扩散系数和碳化深度最小. 当石灰石粉的掺量为10%~15%时,混凝土的氯离子扩散系数和碳化深度最小. 复掺石灰石粉和粉煤灰/矿粉进一步降低了混凝土的氯离子扩散系数和碳化深度. 当水胶比为0.4时,用石灰石粉制备混凝土具有优异的抗钢筋锈蚀和抗冻性.
To promote the application of limestone powder in concrete,effects of particle size and amount of limestone powder and other supplementary cementitious materials on durability of concrete were investigated. Test results show that incorporation of limestone powder produced calcium carboaluminate and stabilized ettringite. The aluminate phase in fly ash and slag promoted the reaction of limestone powder and further increased the calcium carboaluminate and ettringite content. When the average particle size of limestone powder was 19.92μm,the chloride ion diffusion coefficient to carbonation depth of concrete were the minimum. When the amount of limestone powder was from 10% to 15%,the chloride ion diffusion coefficient and carbonation depth of concrete were the lowest. The combination of limestone powder and fly ash/slag further reduced the chloride ion diffusion coefficient and carbonation depth of concrete. When the water-binder ratio was 0.4,the corrosion and frost resistance of concrete containing limestone powder were excellent
