Abstract:

针对碳纤维增强复合材料正交切削过程中能量耗散和切削加工质量分析的不足,基于Hashin失效准则建立CFRP切削加工宏观动态仿真模型. 模型分析了切削速度和切削深度对能量耗散的影响规律,并对比分析了不同纤维方向和刀具结构的切削表面质量,所得结果与相关实验的加工缺陷趋势相吻合.
In order to study the energy dissipation and cutting quality in the orthogonal cutting process of CFRP,a macro dynamic simulation model of CFRP cutting process was established based on Hashin failure criterion. The influence of cutting speed and cutting depth on the energy dissipation was analyzed,and the cutting quality under different fiber orientations and tool structures was compared in this model. The results obtained were consistent with the processing defect trends of experimental results
