Abstract:

为定性和定量分析城市道路拥堵情况,选用能够消除道路等级影响的INRIX指标,利用出租车轨迹数据计算道路拥堵指数,并提出道路拥堵指数异常的判定和基于区域连续性的拥堵指数修正方法. 利用福州市2015年5月份出租车轨迹数据计算道路的拥堵指数,研究了福州市工作日早高峰期间在量化指标下道路拥堵的时空分布,并尝试挖掘道路拥堵的关联规则为居民出行提供建议. 结果表明,在工作日早高峰时段,福州市道路拥堵在时间上的分布呈三段式,而在空间上分布不均.
In order to analyze urban traffic congestion qualitatively and quantitatively,the paper selects INRIX index that can eliminate negative effects caused by the difference of road hierarchy,and use taxi trajectory dataset to calculate the congestion index. We introduce an approach to identify abnormal congestion index and a method of correcting congestion index based on regional continuity. Using the taxi trajectory dataset of Fuzhou in May 2015 to calculate congestion index of road. Then we explored spatio-temporal distribution of traffic congestion in Fuzhou during workday morning peak,and attempt to mine the association rules of traffic congestion to provide guidance for the resident to travel. The result illustrates that traffic congestion of Fuzhou during workday morning peak is consist of three stages. While the spatial distribution of road congestion is uneven
