三坐标测量机直线度误差线性回归方法研究

Abstract:
以三坐标测量机为基本分析对象,结合总体最小二乘法和最小截平方算法处理测量数据,研究其直线度误差的评定方法. 研究结果表明,针对包含粗大误差和随机误差的三坐标测量数据,采用稳健性的评估算法,更能真实地反映测量机的直线度误差情况.
Based on coordinate measuring machine (CMM),the proposed LTS(least trimmed square)method is combined with TLS(total least square )method for handling the measurement data with outliers and the calibration method of straightness error has been studied. The result shows that the improved method has better performance for dealing with the measurement data with outliers and random errors and accurately calibrating for the straightness of CMM
