Abstract:

通过电镜实验、单向拉伸和Mullins循环实验,较系统地研究了芳纶短纤维增强橡胶复合材料的大变形力学行为. 观测短纤维的细观形态及其在复合材料内的空间分布,分析纤维取向、纤维含量、纤维长度、拉伸速率和环境温度等相关因素对材料强度、刚度和Mullins效应的影响,并对比了不同品牌纤维制品的力学性能. 通过对各相关因素的考量,可作为复合材料结构设计的指导依据.
With the experiments of scanning electron microscopy,uniaxial tension and Mullins damage,the mechanical behaviors of rubber composite reinforced by aramid short fiber under large deformation are investigated comprehensively. The microscopic structures of short fibers and their distribution in the composites are observed. Effects of fiber orientation,fiber content,fiber length,tensile rate and temperature on the tensile strength,stiffness and Mullins damage are analysed. In addition,the mechanical properties of composites with aramid fibers of different manufactures are compared. According to the evaluation of the relevant factors,this study would be the reference for the composite design
