玄武岩纤维高性能混凝土早期抗裂性能试验研究

Abstract:
采用改进的平板法进行粉煤灰掺量和玄武岩纤维掺量对高性能混凝土早期抗裂性能影响的试验研究. 首先通过单掺粉煤灰得出粉煤灰最优掺量为30%,然后再将不同掺量的玄武岩纤维掺入到粉煤灰掺量为30%的混凝土中,得出玄武岩纤维掺量的最优值. 试验结果表明,玄武岩纤维的掺入对混凝土坍落度影响不大,但对高性能混凝土早期的开裂面积、初裂时间等都起到了显著的改善作用. 当粉煤灰掺量为30%、玄武岩纤维掺量为1.6kg·m-3时,高性能混凝土早期开裂面积最小,改善效果最好.
Using improved plate method for the amount of fly ash and basalt fiber content of early experiment study on crack resistance of high performance content. First of all,test by single mixing fly ash,it is concluded that the optimal dosage of fly ash is 30%,then the different dosage of basalt fiber mixed into as the benchmark of 30% dosage of fly ash in concrete,getting the optimal value of basalt fiber content. Results show that basalt fiber mixed with little effect on slump of concrete,but the early cracking area of high performance,initial cracking time plays a significant role in improving. When the dosage of fly ash in 30%,basalt fiber content is 1.6kg·m-3,the high-performance concrete early cracking the smallest area,improve the best effect
