Abstract:

在主要研究搭载ISG(integrated starter/generator)并联式混合动力城市公交车的技术背景下,设计一种搭载ISG混联式混合动力公交车的动力系统. 采用以发动机效率最优为目标和以整车动力性需求为约束条件的能量控制策略,利用Cruise软件进行整车的动力性和经济性仿真. 仿真结果表明,系统各工作模式切换平顺稳定,目标车速跟踪效果好. 最后,在实车试验中进行参数标定和测试,证明了该动力系统方案及其控制策略的可行性.
Under the technology background of the research mainly focus on ISG (integrated starter/generator) parallel hybrid city-bus,a kind of powertrain system for series-parallel hybrid city-bus with ISG was designed. Based on the energy control strategy with the engine efficiency as the optimal goal and the vehicle dynamic performance requirements as the constraint condition and the use of software Cruise,the vehicle performance and fuel economy were simulated,the simulation results show that the power system work mode switch stable smoothly and the target speed tracking effect is good. Finally,after the parameters calibration and test in the real vehicle experiment,the feasibility of the power system and its control strategy was proved
