Abstract:

由于金免疫层析试条的检测线非常细小,极易受到噪声和其它杂质的影响,从而导致检测线无法精确提取. 为此,从金免疫层析试条图像特点出发,提出由图像x方向导数代替图像梯度的改进PDE去噪方法. 实验结果表明,该改进方法在去除试条图像噪声的同时能更好地保护检测线边缘,为后续试条检测线的精确提取提供保障,使基于图像的精准定量检测成为可能.
Gold immunochromatographic assay (GICA) provides an effective biomedical detective method. However,the test line of gold immunochromatographic trip(GICT) is very small and extremely vulnerable to the disturbance of noise and other impurities,resulting in the failure in precise extraction of GICT’s test line. The article presents an improved image denoising model of partial differential equations based on the image of the GICT,which use the derivatives of x direction instead of the image gradient. The experiments prove that the improved model tends to eliminate noise and protect the edge of test line,achieving the possibility of precise extraction of GICT’s test line and quantitative test on account of GICA image
