见血青总生物碱的气相色谱 质谱分析
GC MS analysis of total alkaloids in ？？Liparis nervosa？？ (Thunb.) Lindl.

利用乙醇超声波辅助提取见血青总生物碱, 采用气相色谱 质谱联用法对见血青总生物碱的乙醚、乙酸乙酯、丙酮、正丁醇、乙醇、氯仿供试液进行成分分析. 结果显示：从见血青总生物碱中共检测出101种成分, 已鉴定出77种化合物, 主要是脂类, 多种生物碱以及少量酮、醛类物质. 结论:在见血青总生物碱中含有多种具有开发研究价值的生物碱
Components of the total alkaloids extracted by Ultrasonic assisted method , which were dissolved by ether, ethyl acetate, acetone and n butyl alcohol, ethanol, chloroform solution respectively, were analyzed by gas chromatography mass spectrometry. The results showed that 101 kinds of ingredients were detected, and 77 compounds had identified which included majority of fatty acid, a variety of alkaloids and small amounts of ketones, aldehydes substances etc. ？？L. nervosa ？？is worthy of exploitation for its a variety of alkaloids with predicable bioactivities
