截叶铁扫帚提取物的GC-MS分析及羽扇烯酮的定性定量分析

Abstract:
采用乙醇超声提取三个不同月份的截叶铁扫帚,并运用GC MS法分析截叶铁扫帚乙醚供试液的化学成分和羽扇烯酮的相对含量.结果显示从截叶铁扫帚中共检测出61种成分,5月份截叶铁扫帚的成分有42种,8月份有39种,11月份有42种,均主要为烷烃、萜类、芳香类物质,并首次发现截叶铁扫帚中含有羽扇烯酮,测得5月、8月、11月截叶铁扫帚中羽扇烯酮的含量分别为1.734mg/g、2.235mg/g、1.111mg/g.通过比较三个不同月份截叶铁扫帚中的化学成分及其含量,8月份截叶铁扫帚中化学成分种类最少,但羽扇烯酮含量最高.
Components of the ??Lespedeza cuneate?? from three different months were extracted by ultrasonic alcohol extraction method, the extractives were dissolved by ether and analyzed by GC MS, and quantitative analysis of lupenone by GC MS. Results showed that 61 components have been detected. ??Lespedeza cuneate?? included 42 components in May, 39 components in August and 42 components in November. The mainly include alkane, terpenoid and aromatics. The lupenone was firstly found in ??Lespedeza cuneate,?? and the relative contents of lupenone in May, August and November were respectively 1.734mg/g, 2.235mg/g and 1.111mg/g. Through comparison the ??Lespedeza?? cuneate constituents and contents of the three different months, the ??Lespedeza cuneate?? constituents was the least in August, but the contents of it is the highest
