在线租赁研究进展综述

Abstract:
融资租赁业作为朝阳产业，近年来在我国各种政策利好的驱动下得到了快速发展，然而租赁表现出的在线特性给决策者带来了很大的困扰，传统的决策方法已经不能为决策者提供有效的策略。在线算法和竞争分析方法是计算机领域中常见的能够有效分析在线问题的一类理论，近年来在租赁决策问题中得到了大量的应用。本文对20多年来在线算法和竞争分析方法在在线租赁问题中的应用进行了综述，并明确了几个未来仍需进一步研究的方向。
