论西方生命神圣思想中的安乐死与病人权利

Abstract:
西方生命神圣论是反对安乐死的人所依赖的重要的伦理道德准则。在他们看来，上帝的存在是这一准则的基础。在西方的价值观念中，生命神圣的原则有着很浓的犹太-基督传统。这个传统的经典理论认为，人的生命是上帝按照自己的形象创造的，生命的权利是一项基本的和不能被随意剥夺的权利。生命拥有内在的尊严可以使其免于不必要的伤害，同时也不能随意伤害别人。
