不确定环境下政治关联与企业多元化战略的研究
|
Abstract:
整合资源基础观和制度基础观，研究不确定环境下企业政治关联与多元化战略的关系。结果表明：企业能够利用政治关联获取更多的有利于企业多元化发展的资源，对企业实施多元化战略具有积极的影响，政治关联与区域多元化、行业多元化正相关；环境不确定性强化了政治关联对企业多元化的影响，在政治关联与企业多元化关系中发挥了正向的调节作用。
