创业型领导、战略柔性与公司企业家精神关系

Abstract:
基于创业战略理论、高阶理论，探讨了影响新创企业的公司企业家精神的两个重要因素：创业型领导与战略柔性，同时依据动态能力理论对战略柔性的细分，将资源柔性、能力柔性作为中介变量引入到创业型领导与公司企业家精神的关系中，并利用SPSS、AMOS与MPLUS对239个样本数据进行了实证分析。结果表明：创业型领导、战略柔性对公司企业家精神有显著的正向影响；资源柔性、能力柔性在创业型领导与公司企业家精神的关系中起到部分中介的作用；能力柔性的个别中介效应与资源柔性的个别中介效应没有显著性差异。
