Abstract:

为准确掌握沥青混合料在宽幅摊铺机螺旋布料器内的离析原因和分布规律,基于物料在螺旋处的运动学特性,结合某一型号宽幅摊铺机,对螺旋作用下物料颗粒的轴向速度、圆周速度与螺旋叶片直径、螺距之间的关系进行分析,同时分析螺旋布料器吊臂处的离析机理以及物料填充系数对混合料均匀性的影响,并在实体工程上进行足尺试验。理论分析表明:螺旋布料器的结构参数和运行参数会对沥青混合料在螺旋内的物料均匀性造成影响;随着物料到螺旋轴距离的增大,轴向速度逐渐增加,圆周速度先增大后减小;随着螺距的增大,圆周速度和轴向速度均增大,但改变螺距对混合料速度的影响程度小于改变螺旋半径;物料填充系数越大,混合料的摊铺均匀性越好,并可以改善宽幅摊铺路面两侧的离析现象;通过优化吊臂形状以及增加过度叶片可以改善混合料通过吊臂的均匀性。现场试验结果与理论分析结果一致。
In order to accurately find out segregation reasons and segregation distribution regularities of asphalt mixture in screw conveyor of width paver, based on the kinetic characteristics of mixture, the relationship between the particles’ axial velocity, circumferential velocity and the diameter, pitch under the action of screw conveyor was analyzed combined with a wide paver. Meanwhile, the segregation mechanism of the screw arm and the effect of material filling coefficient on the mixture uniformity were analyzed, and the full scale test was carried out on the solid engineering. The theoretical analysis shows that the structural parameters and operating parameters of the screw conveyor will affect the uniformity of the asphalt mixture. As the distance from the material to the screw axis increases, the axial velocity increases and the peripheral velocity increases first and then decreases. And the peripheral speed and axial velocity increase with the increase of the pitch, but the effect of changing the pitch on the speed of the mixture is less than that of changing the spiral radius. The bigger the material filling factor, the better the paving uniformity of the mixture, and it can also improve the segregation phenomenon on both sides of the width pavement. The uniformity of the mixture through the boom can be improved by optimizing the screw arm shape and increasing the excess blade. Field test results are consistent with theoretical analysis
