CMIMS:钻爆法隧道施工监测与多元信息管理系统

Abstract:
由于隧道建设中的施工数据繁杂且多种信息不明确,有必要对隧道施工的多元信息进行监测和管理。基于以往的工程经验和现行的监测技术,建立一个集信息管理、分析预测及安全预警等功能于一体的隧道施工监测系统,以对隧道信息进行有效管理、准确分析和及时反馈。依据浅埋隧道钻爆法施工的信息监测要求,系统设置了数据收集、分析处理和信息反馈3个主要模块,分别对开挖前的地质与水文信息、开挖后的爆破信息、长期监测的变形信息和受力信息进行监测和分析,并将各类信息及时反馈,以确保隧道的施工安全和工程质量。系统在麻栗垭隧道工程中实现了部分功能的应用,泊松模型可对该断面的水平收敛变形数据进行有效地拟合与预测。开发的系统能广泛用于各类隧道工程尤其是钻爆法施工隧道,对隧道施工的动态设计、风险的及时识别及应对措施的选择等具有指导作用。
It is necessary to monitor and manage the multivariate information during tunnel construction because of the mass monitoring data and the insufficient information. Based on the experiences of existing tunnels and current monitoring technologies, an information management, forecasting and safety warning software system for tunnel construction was presented, which can manage the monitoring information efficiently, analyze accurately and feedback timely. According to the requirements of monitoring in shallow tunnel, the CMIMS contain three main modules which were data collection, analysis and feedback. The construction monitoring data include hydrogeology and engineering geology information before excavation, blasting information after excavation, deformation and mechanics information. The system is intended to enable effective construction information collection, analysis and feedback, which can improve the safety and quality during tunnel construction. The applied case—Maliya tunnel, indicates that the Logistic regression can fit and predict the deformation data effectively. The CMIMS can be widely applied to monitor the sites of various tunnel construction projects, and it has an important meaning for dynamic design, risk identification and engineering measure choices
