基于改进相似权－未确知测度理论的公路桥梁耐久性评估
Based on improved similarity-unascertained measure theory durability assessment of highway bridges

针对如何在钢筋混凝土公路桥梁耐久性评估指标不确定和信息不完整的情况下，实现对桥梁耐久性问题的准确评估，引入基于改进相似权法-未确知测度理论的桥梁耐久性综合评估模型。依次从指标筛选、等级划分、定性描述、定量描述、权重确定、评估流程及方法优选上诠释该模型的优势，并通过工程实例说明，在指标信息不完整及受不确定因素影响的条件下，该模型能够更为客观准确地诊断出待评价桥梁耐久性隶属等级，进而为桥梁后期的运营管理及维修养护决策提供理论依据。
Aiming at how to evaluate the durability of the bridge with the uncertainty of the durability evaluation index and the incomplete information of the reinforced concrete highway bridge, a comprehensive evaluation model of the bridge durability based on the improved similarity weight method-unascertained measure theory is introduced. The advantages of the model are explained from the index screening, the hierarchical classification, the qualitative description, the quantitative description, the weight determination, the evaluation process and the method in turn. The project example shows that under the condition of incomplete indicator information and uncertain influencing factors, the model can diagnose the durability grade of the bridge to be evaluated more accurately and objectively, and then provide a theoretical basis for the operation and maintenance of the bridge
