铁路钢轨异物距离检测方法研究

Abstract:
针对铁路线路情况设计实时异物距离测试方案,基于车钩装载移动式摄像机和钢轨识别方法,利用横向视觉和纵向视觉几何原理,提出2种钢轨异物距离检测算法,为铁路运输安全提供技术方案。整体方案经过实验室线路试验以及乌鲁木齐铁路局现场试验验证,异物距离测试精度满足工程要求,算法具有较好的鲁棒性;数据误差分析中,尤其是中长距离,基于横向视觉比纵向视觉的检测方法更加准确,适合监控远程异物距离。
In that case, real-time testing scheme of foreign matter distance is designed. Camera is loaded on the coupler. Based on the rail recognition method, two distance measurement methods of foreign matter on rail is proposed using the lateral visual and longitudinal visual geometry principle. Technical solutions are provided to the safety of railway transportation. Through laboratory testing line and Urumqi Railway Bureau on-site tests, testing precision of foreign body distance meets the engineering requirements. Algorithm has better robustness. Data error analysis shows that, especially in long distance, detection method based on lateral vision is more accurate than longitudinal visual, which is suitable for monitoring the remote foreign matter distance
