城轨运营中断条件下公交应急线路开行方案研究
Research on bus emergency route plan in the operation interruption of urban rail transit

考虑城市轨道交通运营突发中断的条件，提出公交应急组织处理流程，从公交车数量是否有限的角度考虑，利用正常运营的常规公交以及临时运营的应急公交建立联合交通运输组织方案。考虑客流分配受等车时间影响，建立基于公交车发车频率的多条公交线路出行优化模型，并利用改进的遗传算法(NSGA-Ⅱ)进行求解，制定最终的公交应急组织方案。并通过算例分析验证模型和方案的可行性。
This paper focused on the sudden condition in the operation interruption of urban rail transit, proposed the bus emergency organization process. From the viewpoint of the number of buses are limited or not, it can establish a joint transportation organization scheme by using the normal operation buses and temporary operation of conventional public traffic emergency buses. The optimized model is based on optimization model of multiple bus routes travel bus service frequency. The solution method considered that the flow distribution of passengers is affected by the waiting time. The optimized model can use the improved genetic algorithm (NSGA-Ⅱ) to evaluate, and develop the final bus emergency organization final plan. The practical feasibility of the model and the proposed scheme was verified by the example analysis
