通过对相关文献的分析回顾,从现实层面到可预期前景,对PPP模式在铁路土地综合开发中的应用情况进行全面系统的分析。概括和总结铁路土地综合开发中的几个关键性问题,并提出相应发展建议,对于未来在铁路土地开发具体实践中提高资本运作效率、缓解铁路部门投资压力同时拉动铁路站点周边地区经济发展提供借鉴。
Based on the review and the analysis of the related references, this paper comprehensively and systematically analyzed the situation of the PPP mode applied in the integrated land development alongside the railway station. Key issues and suggestions have been promoted. The authors hope to shed some light on improving the efficiency of capital operation, reducing the investment pressure on the railway administration sector, as well pulling the economic around the railway site in the cases of land development alongside the railway station in the future
